Rebranding as Crisis 2 Creation Coach for 2025

As we move into this new year, I’m stepping fully into my purpose with a redefined vision and title: Crisis 2 Creation Coach.

As someone who has navigated the depths of personal trauma and emerged stronger, I’ve realized that my calling is to guide others through this same transformation. While my roots are in cancer coaching, I’ve realized that the tools, strategies, and mindset shifts I teach are universal—they’re for anyone ready to rewrite their story, release fear, and step into their creative, empowered future. This new chapter is about opening the door wider to serve more individuals on their journeys and to crack the crisis code and activate the creative mode.

The Success of the Crisis to Creation Event held Jan 21st & 22nd, 2025

This event was more than just a gathering; it was a space where transformation, healing, and connection came to life. The success of this experience wasn’t just about the tools and strategies we shared—it was about the deep sense of community and the realization that, now more than ever, connection is what we all crave.

In this event, we explored the powerful journey from crisis to creation, diving deep into three transformative stages:

• Cracking the Crisis Code: Participants uncovered patterns and beliefs rooted in fear and survival, realizing how these held them back from the lives they wanted to create.
• Releasing Fear-Based Narratives: Together, we worked on letting go of limiting beliefs and the fight-or-flight modes that often define our reactions to trauma.
• Creating a New Reality Beyond Crisis: Using imagination and creativity, we built visions of a future free from the weight of the past, empowering each participant to see what’s possible when they step into their power.

But what truly made this event special were the connections formed. Whether it was the vulnerable sharing of personal stories, the encouragement exchanged between participants, or the collective energy of a group ready to move forward.

Why Connection Is Needed Now More Than Ever

The past few years have challenged us in profound ways. For many, crises have reshaped lives, leaving us searching for meaning, clarity, and a sense of belonging. What became abundantly clear during the Crisis to Creation event is that while healing is a personal journey, it thrives in the presence of connection.

When we share our stories, we create a bridge for others to feel seen and heard. When we show up for one another, we remind ourselves that we are not alone. And when we join together with a common purpose—to move beyond crisis into creation—we magnify the possibilities for transformation.

Looking Ahead: What’s Next

The success of this event is just the beginning. I’m excited to announce that more events are on the horizon! From online events to coaching programs, I’ll be creating spaces where transformation can flourish and where connection remains at the heart of everything I do.
