This is a free two-day online event. Within this event, we will cover three main topics, outlined below.

The "Crisis Code" represents the biological and psychological survival responses that activate during when we are in crisis. We will identify your personal crisis code through discussion and reflection.

ReLease Fear, Flight and Fight Modes

Deeply ingrained fear and survival responses—such as fight, flight, and freeze—impact our physical and emotional well-being. We will uncover these patterns, understand their origins, and learn to release their grip.

ReDefine and Create your Reality beyond Crisis

Focused on releasing old narratives, embracing transformative growth, and envisioning a life defined by empowerment, joy, and purpose, we will tap into our ability to create a new reality, beyond crisis.
